We are looking for an Enablement Consultant to support our partners on their digital transformation and cloud adoption journey through an intuitive self-provisioning platform.


In this role, you’ll leverage your communication skills and software training expertise to facilitate smooth onboarding and migration to the Tarsus On Demand platform. You’ll also empower our partners to utilise the platform for selling our services and bundling their offerings to their customers.


The Enablement Consultant’s primary focus is to provide end-to-end support throughout the tech sales cycle and manage the implementation of projects. You will need a deep understanding of the platform to deliver top-notch training and service to both new partners and internal users.

Requirements:

Education

• Minimum Grade 12,
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Systems, Information Technology or similar subjects (Candidates
without a degree will be considered if they have relevant experience).


Experience

• 2+ years’ experience working in a training or first-line support role.
• Experience in delivering software training to groups and individuals.
• Tech industry experience – advantageous.


Skills

• Ability to deliver engaging and clear presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring key messages are
• communicated effectively.
• Proficient in conducting hands-on software training sessions, guiding participants through complex systems with
ease.
• Skilled in both written and verbal communication, fostering clear, professional, and efficient interactions across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Partner Support

• Ensure that our partners and the technical team have all the relevant information for implementation.
• Assist with migrating partners from other providers to Tarsus on Demand.
• Assist with resolving technical issues that resulted from incorrectly completed processes.


Training

• Train partners and internal staff on the TOD platform.


Technology and Process Awareness

• Keep up to date with technology, processes, and workflow.


Administrative Tasks

• Perform administrative tasks when required.


Additional

• Own reliable transport.
• This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
