Requirements:
Education
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management – Advantageous.
• Microsoft or other Cloud-related courses and certificates – Advantageous.
Experience
• 1-3 years of account/channel management with C-level stakeholders.
Skills
• Demonstrated experience building enablement business plans.
• Knowledge and experience of a solutions-oriented approach
• Good track record in achieving financial and non-financial targets.
• Good track record in developing and maintaining strategic partner relationships.
• Good understanding of the ICT industry and ability to keep up with technology and Industry developments (Cloud experience Advantageous).
• Project management understanding and experience – Advantageous.

Responsibilities
• Proactively enable and manage partners in the early stages of their cloud adoption journey.
• Transition inactive partners into a transacting state, revitalising their businesses.
• Focus on partner centricity by building strong relationships and forging strategic alignments within the TOD partner ecosystem.
• Conduct enablement workshops, technology awareness, and training sessions.
• Build and nurture partner relationships.
• Oversee partner service delivery.
• Handle sales and support functions.
