Tarsus On Demand is looking for an enthusiastic Partner Enablement Manager to join our AWS Business Unit. You’ll work on the Distribution-Led Accelerated Development (DLAD) Program, focusing on the Public Sector, which includes government, nonprofits, healthcare, and education.
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in problem-solving, project management, and training to establish positive partner relationships as well as help partners learn and succeed. You will work to ensure that partner programs are completed timeously and successfully.

In this role, you will:
• Work with partners to execute on the DLAD Program, ensuring they meet the strict prescribed timelines.
• Assist partners with the program journeys in accordance with AWS requirements.
• Work with partners on developing their AWS capabilities.
• Design, implement and deliver on the DLAD Program.
• Liaise with sales teams to identify partners for DLAD in order to put nominations forward.
• Schedule program workshops as well as internal and external cadence calls with relevant stakeholders and teams across decision-makers, sales, marketing and technical.
• Ensure program milestones are being achieved for partners to graduate successfully.
• Ensure there is evidence for proof of execution for claim submissions to AWS.
You are:
• A confident individual, comfortable liaising with stakeholders of all decision-making levels including business owners and C-level within an organisation.

• A passionate tech enthusiast possessing hyper-scaler experience (advantageous).

Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Other Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent certification is desirable.
• Relevant cloud experience, AWS experience will be advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales, business-related field or project management within the cloud industry.
• Experience in implementing new projects and concepts within organisations, working closely with senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in working with partners in the Public Sector.
• Ability to be flexible with a good understanding of how to get things done in an unstructured environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised individual with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to partners in other regions across South Africa.
• Skilled in self-leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills.
• Own reliable transport.
• This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
